Do our ready meals arrive frozen?

Yes! We will deliver products frozen either deliver in temperature controlled vehicles to ensure the product is delivered frozen or in insulated boxes with ice packs.

How long will the meals last in the freezer?

Once frozen we give all our meals a minimum of 12 months. You will see a BBE date printed on each meal you receive.

Can I see an ingredients list before I order?

Yes, All ingredients are displayed on the product page.

Do you make meals for vegetarians, vegans, gluten free and dairy free?

Yes. Please use the filters on our shop to help make your best selection for the diet that suits you.

Are all your ready meals microwavable?

Most of our dishes are suitable for microwave but some are best suited to oven only regeneration. Please refer to the cooking instructions which are printed on each unit you recieve.

Is there a minimum value for online orders?

You can order as much or as little as you like at Hey Fresto! There is a delivery charge of £8. FREE delivery is offered on orders over £54. Please use the postcode lookup tool on the delivery page to check we deliver to your area.

Can I order over the phone?

We would ask for all order to be placed through the website.

How long will it take to deliver my meals?

We aim to deliver within 3 working days.

Can I place an order for UK delivery from overseas?

Yes.

How do I cancel my order?

All cancellations will need to be made at least 24 hours prior to your delivery date and can be managed in the ‘my account‘ section of the website.

Do I have to receive meals every week?

No. When you take out a subscription plan, you can choose to receive your meals monthly or fortnightly.

What is the delivery charge?

There is a delivery charge of £8. FREE delivery is offered on orders over £54. Please use the postcode lookup tool on the delivery page to check we deliver to your area.

Can I order just once or do I have to subscribe?

You can order our meals as a one off, sign up to a subscription plan or receive our bundles on a regular basis.

Where do you deliver?

Due to the Covid-19 situation we have had to reduce our delivery service to 130 miles of our distribution centre in Birmingham.

Please take a look at the delivery page to see if we are currently delivering to your area.

How will my food arrive?

Do I need to be in to receive the delivery?

We will notify you of when we aim to deliver. If you are not in we will leave the box in a safe place of your choosing at the address. Please note the products must be stored in a freezer at the earliest opportunity

Can I buy meals as a gift?

Yes! This is a great option and works well for a number of our customers. Just provide the correct delivery address and a message and we will include this in the box.

Do you deliver every day?

We deliver Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays

Do you have voucher codes?

Yes we do have a variety of voucher codes that we use occasionally. Keep an eye out for offers on our special offers page and sign up to receive our newsletter for all the latest news and offers.

Why am I being charged for delivery?

Delivery is £8 on all orders under £54. Free delivery is offered on orders over £54.

The basket total has to be over this threshold AFTER any voucher codes have been added in order to qualify for free delivery.
