Oven Cooking Instructions

Serves 1:
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve & film. Spread out on a baking tray, place in the centre of the oven. Settings: Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas Mark 6. Times: 5-6 mins. Allow to stand for 1 mins before serving.

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve & film. Spread out on a baking tray, place in the centre of the oven. Settings: Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas Mark 6. Times: 7-8 mins. Allow to stand for 1 mins before serving.

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the cooking guidelines but half the cooking time.

    This side dish is perhaps my favourite that Hey Fresto make – they are soooo tasty! I had them with the vegan cauliflower and pepper curry – excellent combo!
