A classic Malaysian style noodle dish made with mango, butternut squash, baby corn & pak choy and flavoured with lemongrass

Oven Cooking Instructions

Serves 1:
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Settings: Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas Mark 6. Times: 30-35 mins. Allow to stand for 1 min before serving. Remove film and stir before serving.

Serves 2:
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Settings: Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas Mark 6. Times: 45-50 mins. Allow to stand for 1 min before serving. Remove film and stir before serving.

Microwave Cooking Instructions

Serves 1:
Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on microwaveable dish and cook on full power. Times: 4 mins > remove film, gently stir & re-cover > 2 mins. Allow to stand for 1 min. Stir and ensure the food is piping hot before serving.

Serves 2:
Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on microwaveable dish and cook on full power. Times: 8 mins > remove film, gently stir & re-cover > 4 mins. Allow to stand for 1 min. Stir and ensure the food is piping hot before serving.

Defrost Instructions

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the cooking guidelines but half the cooking time.
